Smite update - Fafnir's Wonderland

Patch 3.22 - Fafnir’s wonderland has hit, and brings with it all the anticipated seasonal content for 2016. The Holiday Chest makes a return, bringing back old favourites along with three brand new festive delights. Snowman Geb comes complete (note - voice pack sold separately) with yuletide innuendo voice pack, but if you’re not a Guardian fan you can also hope to roll Festive Ratatoskr or the fantastic Slay Bells Chrion. Mercury gets a standard release 400 gem skin, the superhero themed Captain Quick, along with updated mastery skins for him and Thor. Talking of Thor, Norse Odyssey treats are available, with the option of a Conan-style Barbarian Thor, an Evil Dead “Hail to the King” Tyr, and a Rat ‘n’ Roll animated player icon. Thoth also sees his two standard achievements put in the game. Fafnir’s Wonderland is a seasonal game mode, with a similar play style to Xing Tian’s Mountain, but it’s Christmas themed! There are 15 different encounters you can have, each with a normal tier 1 version, and a much harder tier 2 version. You keep going until you fail a round by either running out of time or having everyone in your team die. The standard version of the mode cycles though the tier 1 version of each round (in no seemingly particular order), and then starts to cycle through the tier 2 versions of each round. Once you complete round 15 for the first time, you’ll also be able to select Hard Mode, which features tier 2 encounters from the very start. There are special rewards that you can get from playing, so make sure to take advantage of this limited edition game mode whilst you can! Although no real details have been released yet, Hi-Rez have confirmed that the much-wanted Celtic Pantheon will be making their debut in Season 4. I think that Balor would eventually make a great addition to the game, and I’m sure Hi-Rez are always open to suggestions!
