New Overwatch Hero revealed - Ana

News broke earlier today of a new Hero coming to Overwatch. Ana is a support-class healing sniper. She restores hp to teammates by shooting at them, and damages enemies hit also. She is equipped with tranquiliser rounds, able to put enemies to sleep for a short duration. Close quarters combat will see her resorting to her biotic grenade with healing and damaging properties alike those of her rifle, but as an area of effect attack instead. Her ultimate ability (Nano Boost) supercharges her teammates, giving them enhanced strength and speed and higher damage resistance for a temporary duration. The character is decked out in a stylish blue and grey coat and combat trousers combo, with short white hair and a marking on one eye. She also happens to be Pharah's mother, and with Overwatch's already diverse cast of characters Ana is a welcome addition. PC players can get their hands on her today in the public beta environment, with the character scheduled to hit live servers across all platforms in the near future.
